During my tenure as a supervisor at Atwater’s, I identified a need for enhanced structure and documentation in our coffee training program. To address this, I developed a comprehensive training manual crafted to provide clarity, relevance, and ease of comprehension, drawing from my own experience as a novice in the role. This handbook has been distributed digitally and in print, ensuring accessibility and quick reference for our team, particularly stationed near the espresso machine.
